Blue Best Leadership
Co-Founder · Owner
Erin Smith co-founded Blue Best Plumbing, Heating, Air & Generators in 2020 alongside Annie Fonnesbeck. She oversees the people side of the business, including recruiting, hiring, training, and marketing. Before co-founding the company, she worked in technical recruiting and business consulting and owned other businesses.
Among other endeavors here, Erin created our Ready, Willing & Able Program, which works to provide year-round employment. During slow months, employees receive a pay floor of two-thirds of their hourly rate and spend time on community service projects and extra training. The program contributed to record-low turnover in 2025.
She is a mom of six, and passionately involved in their schools and her community.
Our friendly local team is ready to help - honest advice, upfront pricing, and service you can count on.
