Marty Sloot is Blue Best's Sales Manager and top salesperson as well as the company's Community Outreach Leader, managing the volunteer projects and giving programs. When service calls slow down, the outreach efforts he directs keep the team engaged in serving the community.
He joined Blue Best Plumbing, Heating, Air & Generators in October 2022. Before coming here, his career moved from banking into technical sales.
Marty is married to Natalie Curry-Sloot, who is also part of the company. They raised two daughters locally. Marty also co-founded Peak Project, a nonprofit that offers free financial education.
