We offer financing on qualifying installations. This applies to furnace and air-conditioner replacement, repipes, and generator installs. The financing is through our financing partners and is subject to credit approval. A free second opinion is available on any competitor's quote, and sometimes their quote is the better one - we say so.

We are a licensed Utah contractor and we are insured. Our technicians are W-2 employees, not subcontractors. We warrant labor on new heating or cooling equipment we install for one year, and we warrant labor on a repair we made for 30 days from the repair date.
We primarily sell and install Amana, Lennox, Bryant and Goodman. We repair all brands, including Carrier, Daikin, Rheem, Trane, and York. For standby generators, we carry Briggs & Stratton.
The Blue Best Maintenance Plan includes two tune-ups a year, one for heating and one for cooling, and each furnace visit includes a carbon monoxide and combustion check. Because plan members receive a longer labor warranty on new equipment, the plan can pay for itself. You can choose from three tiers: Safety, 360 Home Comfort, or Signature.
