Blue Best Leadership
Owner · General Manager · Chief of Operations
Natalie Curry-Sloot became one of three women owners of the company in 2023. She oversees day-to-day operations across the entire organization. During the busy season, she takes sales calls personally, staying close to the customer experience.
Her background is in healthcare and pharmaceutical sales - fields that are heavily regulated and depend on trust. She brings that same approach to the plumbing, heating, air, and generator business. For Natalie, service lives in every interaction, not inside a single department.
She also co-founded Peak Project, a nonprofit that offers free financial education. She lives in Davis County with her husband Marty. They raised two daughters locally.
Our friendly local team is ready to help - honest advice, upfront pricing, and service you can count on.
